Clothing: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any item can be returned within 7 days. Items must be postmarked within 7 days after you received the item in order to receive full credit. You can return for a store credit and tags MUST be attached. If items are returned appearing washed, worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances they will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

Accessories: All accessories are FINAL sale.
Shoes: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and NOT appear to be worn on the bottom soles. In addition, the shoe box MUST be placed inside of a mailing envelope, or inside of another box, so that no shipping labels are attached directly to the shoe box. Please do not tape the shoe box closed and return it in the exact fashion it was delivered to you.
