- Delays with USPS shipping
- Products that are lost or stolen in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office you will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
- All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Returns:
- Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and NOT appear to be worn on the bottom soles. In addition, the shoe box MUST be placed inside of a mailing envelope, or inside of another box, so that no shipping labels are attached directly to the shoe box. Please do not tape the shoe box closed and return it in the exact fashion it was delivered to you.
- Returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 3 DAYS via email to hello@redfernboutique.com
